Paint front of home render. Paint single car garage walls and ceiling. Paint parts of internal walls. Touch up Paint all skirting, doors and architraves. I have patched and sanded most holes. Home will be close to empty. House going on market Feb 13th. All same colours.

Where required the repair, patching, sanding, taping, priming, and painting of all internals to my home. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge and laundry/toilet. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms with high ceilings and a full bath. Also, all internal doors and the space above stairs. White.

gutters are bad and holding water at the front of the house mainly, ceiling is bad in living, dining area, but joins are noticeable throughout whole house but i don't think it is an issue.

Ceiling painted on ground floor of house, to cover patching from aircon install/removal of old evap system. One small patch on ceiling to be smoothed over - approx 6 inches (shown in pics) where light removed. Plans of house attached with dimensions - ceiling painted throughout but NOT in Office, bathroom, laundry, ensuite, or toilet. Main living areas/other bedrooms only. Neutral ceiling white colour throughout. Will feed you soft drinks and beer throughout.
