The property is currently empty, and new flooring and carpets are scheduled to be installed for 18th Nov. So I need the job completed to a high standard before then. Scope of Work: Rooms: 2 Bedrooms, Lounge, Kitchen/Dining, Bathroom, and Entry. Surfaces: All walls, ceilings, doors, and trims (skirting boards and architraves). Dimensions: ~55m² total floor plan (approx. 130m² of paintable wall surface + 55m² of ceilings). Preparation: Minor gap filling, patching small holes, and standard surface prep. Application: 1x undercoat/primer and 2x topcoats. Materials & Equipment: You supply: All tools, brushes, rollers, ladders, drop sheets, painter's tape, and prep materials (filler, sugar soap, sandpaper). I’m looking for someone to paint the outside of our house

I have a cubby house that has been primed and partly stained and now requires two coats of paint to finish. I don’t have the space to paint this at my home, so the ideal person would pick up the pieces and paint it and return it once dry. The photos are of the cubby house I have stained and the Ai photo is the vision for the final product. One coat stain has been applied and areas wood stained have been completed. Pick up and return to Manly west.

We need to paint the upper half of a rendered part of our two level house. It’s probably only around 10sq m so a quick one to knock over but you need to be comfortable at heights. We have an extension ladder but you need to reach about 8m up from ground level or a lighter ladder to access from the upper roof area. Paint supplied. Note Airtasker did not show so re-posting
