Looking for a painter to paint the downstairs area and stairwell of our townhouse in Burleigh Heads. We were going to do it ourselves so some prep is done however baby due date is creeping up and we’re not sure we’ll get it done in time! Downstairs is an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, plus the stairwell leading upstairs. We are looking to have the walls, ceiling and skirting/architraves painted. We are looking to paint them DULUX Natural White. The townhouse is furnished, although we can move smaller items/furniture away from the walls before painting. Walls are generally in good condition but there may be some minor patching/prep required. The stairwell has higher walls/ceiling, so appropriate equipment would be required to safely access this area. Please let me know whether your quote includes paint/materials or is labour only, we’re happy for either. Happy for you to inspect the space before confirming a final quote. I’ve attached photos to give an idea of the size and layout. Mainly looking to get an idea of pricing at this stage.

I have to finish painting the exterior of my house- about a 4x1 section that's hard for me to access without a long ladder. We have the paint and would need that section. Then paint the whole area from ridge to ground ( allowing for 2 coats.) Second part ground level - where gas bottle etc are - need that area finished as well.
