1. Need approximate 10-20 nails that are sitting above decking boards to be nailed and punched into deck 2. Purchase and replace a roller blind in a bedroom 3. Sand back minor mould on bathroom ceiling and repaint with appropriate paint

Paint the inside of the townhouse with ceilings as well. Off white colour walls wash and wear low sheen with the hand rails semi gloss

We are moving into a house in Albany Creek next month and were looking at getting quotes to have the interior of the house painted. It is a 3x1 house and approx 113m² (internal floor area). The only part of the house that won’t be required to paint is the bathroom.

Paint the interior of our 4 bedroom house. Ceilings (white) and walls (colour). See plan of house, I’ve crossed out areas which are not included. Ideally week of 17 November for the work to be done.

After a disaster kitchen remodel, the whole of the downstairs area needs to be painted. We tried to paint, but it just doesn’t look quite right. Ideally would like it to be done while house is empty and the floors are being replaced. 1/2 strength whisper white. Ceiling not required but needs to fixed in the corner as per pic. Cracks along paint lines and any small divets in wall to be filled. Includes stairwell. Floor seal being done Tuesday and then floors laid Friday. So painting Wednesday and Thursday would be ideal.
