Need a few painters to help us paint the exterior and interior of our house.

We are putting our house in the market and need a few random bedroom walls and an office painted

I’m looking for an experienced painting team to complete a full interior repaint for a house we’re moving into. Needs to be done by Tuesday 13th April, as we move in on the Wednesday. Scope: - Full interior repaint – walls, ceilings, trims, doors, and skirting boards - All one colour: Dulux Natural White, with appropriate finishes. Expected 2 full coats • Flat ceilings • Low sheen walls • Semi-gloss trims/doors + Wash & Wear + mould resistance paint for laundry and bathrooms • 2-storey home with standard ceiling heights. Stairwell has large void • Mostly flat walls • Property will be completely empty Include coming back for minor touch-ups after move-in. The home is in generally fair condition but will require standard prep (filling, sanding, patching, caulking). There will also be some freshly gyprocked areas, so these will need to be properly sealed/undercoated before painting. I’ve attached the floor plan for reference. Looking for a clean, professional finish.

Apply two coats of premium Rustgard enamel Exterior Acrylic Repaint: 1. Wash surface to remove dirt and mould 2. Scrape/sand to remove loose and flaking paintt 3. Fill all cracks with an exterior acrylic sealant 4. Spot prime bare area's with acrylic primer 5. Fill holes using recommended exterior fillers 6. Spot undercoat filler and bare surfaces using exterior oil based undercoat 7. If mould is present use anti mould additive 8. Apply two coats of premium exterior acrylic with UV protection Ceiling: 1. Clean surface to remove any mould dirt loose flaky paint 2. If applicable seal water stain using stop stain sealer 3. Fill holes using plaster 4. Spot seal bare plaster 5. If mould is present use anti mould additive 6. Apply two coats of ceiling flat Brick wall exterior acrylic -3 x coats: 1. Wash surface to remove dirt and mould 2. Scrap/sand to remove loose and flaking paint 3. Fill all cracks with an exterior acrylic sealant 4. Spot prime bare area's with acrylic primer 5. Fill holes using recommended exterior fillers 6. Spot undercoat filler and bare surfaces using exterior oil based undercoat 7. If mould is present use anti mould additive 8. Need help painting 2 exterior coats of our cubby house. Inside and outside - both sides of the panels. Cubby house has not been assembled yet as manufacturer has advised to paint before assemblage. I am in the process of painting 2 coats of primer (Dulux 1 Step Prep). I need help with the exterior-grade paint x 2 coats. I will supply paint and we have basic painting equipment (paint, 1x brush, 1x roller). I plan to be done with the primer coats by EOD Wednesday. Ideally the exterior grade paint can be started on Thursday/Friday. Estimating about 2-3 hours of work aross 2 days to allow for drying in between coat application.
