Painting inside and outside of new house. Single story 4 bedroom + rumpus + office. Slightly elevated off ground with a raked ceiling from 2.7m to 3.4m. Re-paint entire house in neutral (white) colour, including ceilings, walls,doors and door frames, window trims and skirting boards. Including garage. Include paint and labor.

Some rooms has paint peeling and will need to be sanded back and recoated. House is currently empty. It would be the equivalent of painting a bathroom ceiling, ensuite ceiling, master bedroom ceiling and another room ceiling + walls. Photos of rooms + examples of paint peeling are attached. Need help painting 2 exterior coats of our cubby house. Inside and outside - both sides of the panels. Cubby house has not been assembled yet as manufacturer has advised to paint before assemblage. I am in the process of painting 2 coats of primer (Dulux 1 Step Prep). I need help with the exterior-grade paint x 2 coats. I will supply paint and we have basic painting equipment (paint, 1x brush, 1x roller). I plan to be done with the primer coats by EOD Wednesday. After the storms, rain etc, water and mud splashing on new White House walls. Need to be cleaned. Will require ladder and gentle brush as to not strip paint. Should take approx an hour, max.
