Find an experienced house painter in QLD

Hi, my townhouse has just had the floors removed everywhere except the bathrooms. The new floors aren't going to start going down until Monday (and actually, even that date hasn't been fully confirmed). If someone has time, it would be great to get at least the ceilings repainted while it's empty. The area over the stairs is a double height ceiling. I figure there probably isn't enough time to do much else, but if doors could be included that would be nice. I might also need the new skirting boards/the walls done after the floors are in as well (this would be a separate job though). Photos show rooms with furniture. Currently have no furniture (except kitchen which still has the cabinets). I don't currently have any paint or materials.

Adhesive has ripped off some paint (& plaster? I’m not sure) on the wall & we are moving out on Monday! Can someone please come & patch/paint over it? There are 2 small patches, 1 is approx 16cm in diameter & 1 is approx 6.5cm in diameter.

Need one bedroom to be repainted in deluxe vivid white 1W then patches throught the house in the same colour.

I require repainting of some external concrete posts and some fascia at my property in Wamuran (1 storey house). Here are the details: - 13 concrete posts, approximately 2.5 metres high each. Posts are about as thick as a forearm. - Fascia is approximately 75m (stepped out) The existing paint on the posts and fascia is peeling and will require preparation (scraping/sanding/cleaning) before painting. The house is easily accessible and is a 1 storey home.

It’s a 2 storey house with 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens. 2 bathrooms, double garage, laundry in garage area. Walls have been freshly painted and it has timber floors upstairs and vinyl planks downstairs.

I'm planing to start painting tomorrow. Need someone to come and do some patching up. We also removed old skirting boards and would need that filled up too.

The house is empty and about to go up for sale. We need a good clean. The 4th bedroom also need the carpet in the cupboard removed and and coat of paint in the cupboard. So please let me know if the quote could do both the clean and pain or just the clean. And I'll look at doing the paint as a sperate job. Thanks!
