I am selling my home and need some key parts of the house painted with a single layer for inspection. In total, the job will probably only be the equivalent of a few walls.

After a disaster kitchen remodel, the whole of the downstairs area needs to be painted. We tried to paint, but it just doesn’t look quite right. Ideally would like it to be done while house is empty and the floors are being replaced. 1/2 strength whisper white. Ceiling not required but needs to fixed in the corner as per pic. Cracks along paint lines and any small divets in wall to be filled. Includes stairwell. Floor seal being done Tuesday and then floors laid Friday. So painting Wednesday and Thursday would be ideal.
