Need to repaint interior walls in our 4 bedroom, 2 living areas, 2 bathroom house. Bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling so don’t need painting. Colour will be white, painting over mostly cream colour paint, 3 rooms have grey paint. Property will be vacant. Some screw/hook hole patching may be required. Painter would need to supply the paint. I am preparing my home to sell and would like my facade to be painted a coat or two. The sun has faded the colour over time and would just like a freshen up. Looking for somebody who is a painter and has all of the relevant tools. I can provide the paint (just need an idea on how much to purchase).
