We need to paint the upper half of a rendered part of our two level house. It’s probably only around 10sq m so a quick one to knock over but you need to be comfortable at heights. Looking for someone to fully sand down and repaint our outdoor wooden play ship. It’s a raised wooden cubby with a slide and sandpit (photos attached). The timber is pretty weathered and rough in places, so it needs a proper sanding first to smooth everything out, then painted with a solid child-friendly outdoor paint. Happy for you to supply the paint, or I can get it based on what we agree on – either works. Looking for an experienced trade painter to repaint the exterior architectural trims, gables, and fascias of a single-storey weatherboard home in Thornbury (see attached photos). Scope of Work: Front Facade: Paint front gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber window frames/sills, and lower plinth baseboards in a heritage muted olive green (per mockup image). Rear Facade: Paint rear roofline fascias, gable cladding/trims, window/sliding door perimeter trims, and lower baseboards. Side Laneway/Path: Paint metal/timber fascias, gutters, downpipes (changing over from burgundy), and lower baseboards along the side pathway. Prep Work: Light sanding, cleaning down surfaces, scraping loose paint, and spot priming where required. Materials & Requirements: Paint (Supplied by Painter): Painter to supply premium exterior acrylic paint (e.g., Dulux Weathershield or Taubmans All Weather) tinted to agreed olive/green trim colour (e.g., / Olive Leaf). Equipment: Painter to supply all brushes, rollers, masking, drop sheets, and ladders/step platforms. Access: Flat, clear ground access at front, rear, and side brick pathway.
