Looking for an experienced trade painter to repaint the exterior architectural trims, gables, and fascias of a single-storey weatherboard home in Thornbury (see attached photos). Scope of Work: Front Facade: Paint front gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber window frames/sills, and lower plinth baseboards in a heritage muted olive green (per mockup image). Rear Facade: Paint rear roofline fascias, gable cladding/trims, window/sliding door perimeter trims, and lower baseboards. Side Laneway/Path: Paint metal/timber fascias, gutters, downpipes (changing over from burgundy), and lower baseboards along the side pathway. Prep Work: Light sanding, cleaning down surfaces, scraping loose paint, and spot priming where required. Materials & Requirements: Paint (Supplied by Painter): Painter to supply premium exterior acrylic paint (e.g., Dulux Weathershield or Taubmans All Weather) tinted to agreed olive/green trim colour (e.g., / Olive Leaf). Equipment: Painter to supply all brushes, rollers, masking, drop sheets, and ladders/step platforms. Access: Flat, clear ground access at front, rear, and side brick pathway.
