We can supply paint and equipment if that’s easier. We are hoping to have the job completed in a few weeks. We will be painting the whole house, Potential to pay hourly rate to a somebody to paint the walls too. The walls are prepped, we are just time poor. I’m looking for an experienced painter with an airless paint sprayer to paint the underside of my warehouse mezzanine black. The area is approximately 96 sqm with exposed joists and steel posts. A clean, even finish is important as this is a photography studio. I will upload an image of the space, and a render of what I want done.

Please read all & look at floor plan before offer :) Looking for a repaint of our townhouse. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse - currently has Dulux natural white and want to repaint in same colour. Looking for walls, ceiling, skirting boards, doors & door frames. Looking for all prep, undercoat and 2 x coats on all areas. House hasn’t been painted in a while but in pretty good condition - just need some prep work to the plaster around stairs etc. There is a void over the entry so will definitely need ladders etc for access. Will be furnished & still lived in at the time so will need to move furniture to middle of the room and covered while we are here. Pictures will be taken off the wall. I’ve added a couple of photos of the patch areas - if you need more photos please let me know.
