House hasn’t been painted in a while but in pretty good condition - just need some prep work to the plaster around stairs etc. There is a void over the entry so will definitely need ladders etc for access. Will be furnished & still lived in at the time so will need to move furniture to middle of the room and covered while we are here. Pictures will be taken off the wall.
