I want three bedrooms and a living room painted. Walls, ceilings, skirtings and doors all in the same colour white, no cutting in.

Looking to have my house painted, I'll supply all the paint and brushes.

I need to caulking around skirting around a 3 bedroom and fix one hole in the wall.

(NB: similar previous task posted but needed to amend requirements). 3 Bed, 2 bath house. Newly purchased. Relatively good condition, painted 18 months ago. We want to change the “cream” to white before we move in. Includes 3 x bedrooms, 2.5 x bathrooms, all interior walls, skirting, window frames and doors. This also includes the staircase balustrade. The dining room wall opposite the kitchen is currently a latte feature colour. 2 coats minimum. All drop sheets, protection etc to be provided. House will be completely empty except 1 couch. Paint to be Dulux Wash&Wear Casper White Quarter. Please state if paint is included or excluded in your quote. We are trying to organise an inspection but can’t guarantee we can before we settle. Please use floorplan and photos to quote. We have videos of all the spaces, too.

mould building up on my deck and parts of the house. Need a deep clean, especially in the hidden and hard-to-reach areas.

Adhesive has ripped off some paint (& plaster? I’m not sure) on the wall & we are moving out on Monday! Can someone please come & patch/paint over it? There are 2 small patches, 1 is approx 16cm in diameter & 1 is approx 6.5cm in diameter.

Painting walls of townhouse - not ceiling.

Need quotation for paint my home interior walls: Need to pain only the living room as per the attach plan (living and dining) and the second living room as per the plan (leasure). only walls no ceilings.

Need someone to paint exterior of side of house as in photos including sanding the flaking timber as needed. I'll provide paint but you'll need to bring all tools, ladder etc.

We have a house that has just been vacated and unfortunately the walls/ceilings inside are a little run down. Nothing major - but hoping to find a local painter or someone happy to work in Hallam that can go through, room by room, bog up spots and freshen the entire house up with some fresh paint. Ideally someone who understands what is required and doesn't need to be micro-managed... just patch up the odd spots, picture hooks, holes and so on. The house is small, 70's built and a bit old. We're hoping to get the entire inside down - sot the living, dining, kitchen and some general areas throughout. But really looking for someone who takes initiative and if they find a problem - work to or fix it - rather than exclude it. Pretty straight forward- you'll have no problem with us and we'll pay well. I'll set the day rate at $500 and happy for cash as we go. House is empty and has electricity on, can work any hours/days you want but hoping to get started when we can. If all goes well - can potentially do some external painting to - so really looking to find someone happy to commit to however many days it requires. Thanks
