Upsate- we don't need doors and trims etc. We need walls and ceilings only.no inside of cupboards as well. I need final quotes now for walls and ceilings, any gap repairs around trims etc. Please include paint in your quote. Recently vacated house which is being made ready for sale needs a fresh lick of paint. All ceilings, walls, doors and trims. No furniture in the house so all empty to go ahead. Needs few holes to be filled, 1 small crack in wall, 1 crack in ceiling and cornice to be filled and patched prior to painting. 4 bedrooms, 1 open plan living, dining and kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 1 small toilet, 1 laundry and 1 small study room and double car garage. Happy to get quotes for both where you supply the paint or I do.

I’m after a quick one-coat wall paint job—just something simple to freshen up the place as we’re moving in. Not looking to spend too much, just want it to look clean and tidy with a fresh coat. The space includes 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen area, and a small entry walkway. Rooms aren’t very big. Looking to get it done on the evening of Tuesday 22nd April, after 5:30pm. The house will be completely unfurnished, so should be easy to get in and knock it out. We’ve recently had new lights installed across our home and have multiple small holes visible that we need filled/sanded. In addition to this, we have attempted some patch ups in other areas that aren’t the best, so we will need these areas sanded down/corrected.

We are looking for a fresh coat of paint for our 3-bedroom townhouse. It is being listed for sale soon, so we are very keen on a freshen-up as soon as possible. Walls and skirting boards only - other than a couple of patches on the ceiling. Some touch-ups are required, small holes to be filled in, and scuff marks covered.

The house is empty and about to go up for sale. We need a good clean. The 4th bedroom also need the carpet in the cupboard removed and and coat of paint in the cupboard.
