I need a reliable, experienced painter (or small team) to prepare and paint a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse in Marsfield for sale. Prep and removal: Remove all existing blinds (2 x patio doors, 2 x bedroom windows). Remove all wall‑mounted shelves and all picture hooks/fasteners. Patch all holes and damaged areas where blinds, shelves and hooks are removed. Sand and prepare walls/ceilings as needed for a smooth finish. Take away and dispose of all removed blinds, shelves, brackets, old fixings and any rubbish. Painting: Paint all internal walls and ceilings in a bright, cool white suitable for sale (single colour throughout). Paint all doors, frames, skirting boards and trims in a suitable white to match. Include any necessary undercoat/primer after patching, especially where repairs are done or colour changes. Property details: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, internal stairs, open‑plan living/dining, kitchen and very small hall/landing. Townhouse is currently empty. Materials: Please specify in your quote whether you will supply all paint and materials (preferred) or if you want me to supply paint. I am happy with a good‑quality trade brand in a cool white. Requirements: Must be an experienced painter with good reviews and photos of similar whole‑unit jobs. Must include prep, painting and rubbish removal in the quote. Please inspect onsite before final quote if possible. Timing and budget: I would like the job completed as soon as possible so the property can be listed for sale. Please provide: Estimated total price (labour + materials). How many days you expect the job to take. Earliest start date. Please respond with: A brief summary of your experience. Photos of at least one similar 2–3 bedroom unit/house repaint (before/after if possible). Confirmation that you can remove and dispose of blinds, shelves and all rubbish.

Recently added small basement retreat that needs to be painted white, which includes a room (roughly 3.1m w, 4.5m long and 2m high), a very small bathroom (just toilet and sink) and small/short hallway. Need help painting 2 exterior coats of our cubby house. Inside and outside - both sides of the panels. Cubby house has not been assembled yet as manufacturer has advised to paint before assemblage. I am in the process of painting 2 coats of primer (Dulux 1 Step Prep). I need help with the exterior-grade paint x 2 coats. I will supply paint and we have basic painting equipment (paint, 1x brush, 1x roller). I plan to be done with the primer coats by EOD Wednesday. Ideally the exterior grade paint can be started on Thursday/Friday. Estimating about 2-3 hours of work aross 2 days to allow for drying in between coat application.
