4bd house, ceiling and walls needs repainting. Internal only. Repairing any holes as well. It’s all a single storey, no stairs I’d like just two paints. White ish colour on walls etc and white on ceiling.

Hi, I'm looking for a professional painter/carpenter with excellent reviews to sand back one 'long' side of the Western Red cedar weathers on my house to a dressed, natural level. This would be so the weatherboards can be either be painted or left unpainted depending on what we decide in the longer term. The house is on a property located approx a 12 min drive from Huonville. Price inclusive of labour and sanding equipment: must have 99% dust extraction on sander. On the floorplan below, this is the top side of the plan (deck side), and the weatherboards down this side are covered by a verandah.

After the storms, rain etc, water and mud splashing on new White House walls. Need to be cleaned. Will require ladder and gentle brush as to not strip paint. Should take approx an hour, max.

The old house need new painting, currently there are a few spot need paint right away, the paint is off, the wood is exposed. the scope will only be the ones in pictures, but there are more to be done, we can discuss on site. The rail has a gap between the wood, as shown in pics, need some filler as well. I have a can of the blue color paint, 1/4 can of the white/yellow color, don’t have the red color.

I am painting my house in North Fitzroy and need some help with the inside painting of the walls, ceilings and windows. I need an extra hand. Everything is supplied, just bring yourself along. 1 or 2 days work. 200 per day

Prep and paint house eaves to give a refresh. House is single story so no big heights.

Prepping and painting 3 house gables. Undercoat and topcoat supplied. One or two small sections of fascia will need to be replaced. Height approximately 3 to 6 meters

Paint 2nd floor of front of house, see picture, eaves, fascia, cladding. I provide the paint, you use your equipment. Ground floor already painted. Just the top half, easy access to roof from elevated driveway (see photos) White cladding only requires a single coat, in white. The blue trims, require 2 coats (in grey)

**needs to be done this morning** There are small holes around the perimeter of this house, approximately every 10cm. There are probably 60/70 holes in total. I need someone to: - Pick the existing caps out, which should be easy with a flat head screwdriver. - Spakfil the holes, or fill them with another kind of fast drying putty so the holes are flush with the existing concrete. - spray-paint the holes with grey paint, or touch them up with a sample pot of grey paint. You would need to make some kind of paper or cardboard stencil or something to spray over the holes. I already have the spray paint and will cover the cost of spakfilla or putty etc. - Or, if whatever filler you use is a similar grey there won’t be any need to paint. - colour doesn’t have to match perfectly.

4 bedroom house needing a paint refresh. We have purchased all the paint we need but we are not good at painting so after one room, we have given up. Please let me know what you think it’s worth to paint. We are happy to leave the roof the colour it is, we just want the walls painted. You would need your own drop sheets because we just had brand new carpet installed We would like it done soon if possible.
