Hi, We need our house painted (cladding) and windows. The sides of the house needs to be prepped. The task can be done over a couple weeks if needed. It's a single level house, not a hard job, the sides of the house are higher which you would need a high ladder. Please provide hourly or daily rate. Please no time wasters. Thank you kindly.

Need a few items tidying up in the home prior to sale. Mainly little paint touch ups, some cornice scraping sanding and touch up painting, fly screen mesh replacements - I reckon 3-4hrs work total

A part of the soffits under eaves have been replaced. Need the new section along with the adjoining half of the eaves painted. See area highlighted in red for reference.

Apply decking oil. Deck will have already been recently pressure washed that day. Apply sealer to cover stain in ceiling. Source of stain has already been repaired. Repair plasterboard as necessary. and paint with matching ceiling paint. Remove tv wall bracket. Patch fixings and touchup paint in matching color to wall. Blend or repaint wall to degree necessary. Sand and repaint the entire door and frame. Outdoor acrylic white. No need to pull the door off. Just sand as touchup as best you can. Paint newly installed trim covering gap around beam to wall. Putty holes of fixings. Same color as door below. Outdoor acrylic white. Trim is not shown in the picture as it is yet to be installed by carpenter. See existing timber sleeper retaining wall shown in red below. Remove loose paint with hand wire brush. Apply “monument” color outdoor acrylic. Note: You would need to supply materials. There may be a little paint in the garage which you are welcome to use but I wouldn't count on it. You will definitely need to supply the decking oil, outdoor white acrylic, outdoor monument acrylic. And probably the indoor wall and ceiling paint (however that may be there, but I wouldn't count on so best to price in all materials) . Pressure wash the following. 1. Painted timber deck floor. Approx 8x4m. 60% of the deck doesn't have dark dirt marks. Also general wash down of pvc deck ceiling and poles. 2. Entrance way pillars and retaining stone walls along the path. See pictures. 3. Brick wall in bins area approx 3x2m. Airtasker to use own equipment.
