For doors, architraves, door jams and window : (Aqua enamel ultra white ) Gloss white Preparation of surface: 1. patching all the necessary areas, gap filling,sanding 2. Two coats of paint. 3. Silicon fill in kitchen and bathroom areas.

A renovation of 1 room on an older home needs painting urgently inside and some exterior as the home is going on the market in a weeks time.

After a disaster kitchen remodel, the whole of the downstairs area needs to be painted. We tried to paint, but it just doesn’t look quite right. Ideally would like it to be done while house is empty and the floors are being replaced. 1/2 strength whisper white. Ceiling not required but needs to fixed in the corner as per pic. Cracks along paint lines and any small divets in wall to be filled. Includes stairwell. Floor seal being done Tuesday and then floors laid Friday. So painting Wednesday and Thursday would be ideal.
