Hi, I’ve got a small leak on my external hot water system in Pakenham. The leak is coming from a fitting/nut on the pipe just above the tempering valve (see attached photos). I’ve already isolated the water supply, so it’s not urgent or spraying — just needs repair/replacement of the fitting (nut/olive or possibly the connection). Looking for a licensed plumber to: * Inspect the leak * Replace the faulty fitting * Ensure everything is sealed properly Flexible with timing, preferably during normal hours. Hi, I’m having an issue with my gas hot water system. The taps are only producing warm water, not properly hot. This is affecting both bathroom and kitchen taps I suspect there may be a problem with the gas hot water unit or possibly the tempering valve, but I’m not sure.
