I need someone to remove a working Arlec PA1800 portable air conditioner (5.2kW) from my apartment. You can keep it, sell it, or take it to the tip—I’m just not using it anymore. – ARLEC UNIT DETAILS – • It’s an Arlec unit, model number PA1800 • It works well, including both air con and fan • One wheel is broken, but I’ve kept it with the unit so it can be repaired • The filter is due for a good clean • The water tray needs to be emptied • It comes with the exhaust hose (I added an extra one that I got from Bunnings, which I cut in order to remove the unit) • I purchased an adjustable sliding-window outlet kit, which you can also take if this would be useful for you – JOB DETAILS – • I believe the unit weighs 44kg, so you WILL need to bring a trolley or a second person • The unit and all the attachments are sitting outside my apartment door, ready to go • My apartment is on the ground floor • There are both stairs and a ramp, so you can use whichever is easier for you • There is street parking available • I am flexible with timing and would like it removed as soon as possible – BUDGET ESTIMATE – • I’ve estimated $40–$60 for removal, plus you’re welcome to keep or sell the unit • I’m open to offers, so please send me your quotes

One of the vents in our house is not blowing any air from the ducted system. Not sure if this was blocked when the roofing insulation was installed or whether it needs to be repaired.
