Skope fridge is not cooling and it’s company fridge

Split system is broken in one of the bedrooms in a townhouse on the ground floor bedroom. Need to install a new split system which I will supply.

Two bathroom heat lamp not working properly. The one in the ensuite completely down even after changing the bulb,but the ventilating fan still working. The other one heating lamp is out of order. Rent out property,prefer get a free quote before the job is done

Need urgent help repairing our evaporative cooling unit. Model is a Bonaire and likely problem is with controller unit. Currently the controller does not switch on. House is a double story

There are some sounds coming from the roof of our room like an animal scuffling or digging. (My assumption is rats in the heating duct or wall). This has been happening for the last 3-4 days. Initially i ignored it but now it has become more regular and randomly starts for 2-3 hours late at night and is disturbing. Also i checked if the same can be heard on the 1st floor but it cannot, pointing to my assumption that it is between the walls. Need someone with pest knowledge to fix the issue.

It is a normal gas centralised heater and the unit is installed at the back of the property, vents on the ground. There is very little airflow coming out from the bedroom vents. We need someone certified to check and fix it. - Due date: Flexible

The fan turned on one day even when the control panel is off and it wasn’t a cold day. Went to the unit outside and opened the panel and saw red LED lights. Turned off the main switch at the heater, fan stopped but when turned on the main switch and the fan comes back on eventually. The lights still show red. The main switch was turned off to prevent the fan from starting. NB: picture attached is an older picture, it doesn’t show the lights - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 25 March 2023
