We have a number of repairs needing to be done on the ceiling of our house. There are cracks, peeling paint, drooping gyprock sheets and old repairs that need to be sanded smooth or re-done. Looking to get the ceiling to a paintable condition. There are 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen/dining, ensuite, bathroom and hallways to be done.

Two front doors need repairing if possible, they were clearly never sealed on bottom edge and have over time swollen from water, these doors appear to be put together by skin of about 5-6mm either side of a solid panel, just wondering if part of the bottom edge of the skin coat could be cut out and a new replacement 5-6mm panel section put back in, so not the entire skin but maybe a 10cm section?
