Hi! I’m looking for a reliable handyman or multi-skilled tradie who can help me with some small rental maintenance and interior setup tasks at my home in Wishart QLD. I’d like someone who can suggest, buy, and install materials if needed, and ideally handle most of this in one visit: --- What I need done: Replace and install curtain rod (buy one to fit or I can send measurements) Seal cracks in walls/skirting (mainly cosmetic, no major damage) Fix or tighten door locks Repair dripping or loose tap Suggest and help set up removable carpet/rug (non-permanent) General pest control spray (indoor & balcony – cockroaches/ants) or at least help organise it Open to suggestions for improving comfort and functionality (rental-friendly only) --- Other Info: House is a 3-bedroom rental, clean but older Would prefer someone who can source and bring the items Happy to cover material cost separately — just let me know what’s needed Pet at home (small dog), so non-toxic options for pest spray please Looking for a trusted person who’s experienced with rentals

Wooden bi fold door won’t close properly

I have just had a small damage done to the drywall due to wind slamming door in to door stopper which went through the drywall. The hole is around 6-7 cm above the skirting. Since the door stopper needs to go on the dry wall and not on skirting, I would like to have a piece of wooden slat put behind the dry wall where the damage is to prevent happening it again in future. There is no need to do painting after plastering as I can do easily do that. Thanks

I am after someone to purchase new doors and door knobs and fit the door to the hinges. I am also needing someone to repair carpet due to a dog scratching at it and damaging it. Approx 30cmx30cm damage.
