The sliding net door is not operating properly. During sliding it comes off the track sometimes and need to be put back manually in place. New rollers were added about of couple of years back but the real issue is that it doesn't stay well in the track.

We have a number of repairs needing to be done on the ceiling of our house. There are cracks, peeling paint, drooping gyprock sheets and old repairs that need to be sanded smooth or re-done. Looking to get the ceiling to a paintable condition. There are 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen/dining, ensuite, bathroom and hallways to be done.

Replace the entire bedroom door and paint it with Taubman Cotton Ball in gloss finish. Only the door and paint need to be replaced; the existing hardware can remain unchanged.

Two front doors need repairing if possible, they were clearly never sealed on bottom edge and have over time swollen from water, these doors appear to be put together by skin of about 5-6mm either side of a solid panel, just wondering if part of the bottom edge of the skin coat could be cut out and a new replacement 5-6mm panel section put back in, so not the entire skin but maybe a 10cm section?

Wooden bi fold door won’t close properly

I have just had a small damage done to the drywall due to wind slamming door in to door stopper which went through the drywall. The hole is around 6-7 cm above the skirting. Since the door stopper needs to go on the dry wall and not on skirting, I would like to have a piece of wooden slat put behind the dry wall where the damage is to prevent happening it again in future. There is no need to do painting after plastering as I can do easily do that. Thanks

I’ve had squatters in my house while I’ve been away on holiday, they have taken two doors off their hinges and completely destroyed the doors. I am after someone to purchase new doors and door knobs and fit the door to the hinges. You are welcome to come around first and see what you will need. $500 should cover two basic doors and labour but let me know if this is incorrect. I am also needing someone to repair carpet due to a dog scratching at it and damaging it. Approx 30cmx30cm damage. I am in the process of getting a photo of the damage, I’m 1500km away at the moment. 300 for the carpet.
