To complete a few small repair jobs: 1. Metal cover outside – needs to be re-screwed securely into the brick wall (it’s come loose). 2. Blind – one blind has come off its bracket and likely just needs to be reattached or re-screwed. 3. Balcony sliding door – rollers need adjusting or replacing as the door is not staying properly on the track. 4. Gate latch – not closing properly and will likely need to be realigned so it catches securely. Please bring your own tools and any screws or fixings required.

Whole ceiling painted but only one section needs to be sanded back with gap filler applied. Previous leak (now fixed) caused the cracks, tried a quick fix at the time until the outside roof was able to be fixed by Strata. Need 3x curtain rods installed for windows - double brick walls so will need to use hammer drill; large mirror hung in hallway (screws provided); patch minor wall damage; paint small section of ceiling where there has been water damage (paint and materials provided)

Water is leaking through the shower screen door. It has been siliconed twice all around but the water is somehow still leaking through. I need someone to further investigate or apply more silicone.
