Repair Curtain Rod – Centre Bracket Pulled Out (Adelaide) I’m looking for an experienced handyman to repair my curtain rod. there appears to be a cavity behind the plaster, so they may need to use hollow wall anchors (toggle bolts or similar) rather than ordinary plaster plugs Also the wall needs patching up I believe and / or the bracket may need replacing? The centre support bracket has pulled away from the wall, causing the curtain rod to sag. The end brackets are still in place. I need someone to: * Inspect the damaged fixing. * Securely reattach or replace the centre bracket. * Use suitable wall anchors/fixings if required. * Ensure the curtain rod is level and strong enough to support the curtains. Please bring any tools and standard fixings needed. Photos are attached. Located in Adelaide.

I have 2 brick chimneys at my home. House is single level. Task: The top approx 500mm of each chimney needs removal and replacement. Replacement to match existing appearance. The tops of the chimneys have deteriorated. Chimneys are red brick. Scaffolding excluded, to be provided by the Owner, installed by Oldfields. Scaffold from ground level to roof to allow safe work area at both chimneys. Removal of waste material to be included. Painting of chimneys excluded. To complete a few small repair jobs: 1. Metal cover outside – needs to be re-screwed securely into the brick wall (it’s come loose). 2. Blind – one blind has come off its bracket and likely just needs to be reattached or re-screwed. 3. Balcony sliding door – rollers need adjusting or replacing as the door is not staying properly on the track. 4. Gate latch – not closing properly and will likely need to be realigned so it catches securely. Please bring your own tools and any screws or fixings required.

Whole ceiling painted but only one section needs to be sanded back with gap filler applied. Previous leak (now fixed) caused the cracks, tried a quick fix at the time until the outside roof was able to be fixed by Strata.
