Electronics repair tech/PCB trace repair… The treadmill console membrane keypad had moisture ingress at the ribbon cable entry point. I have already opened and dried the panel, but the buttons remain unresponsive, which suggests that some of the printed conductive traces in the membrane or ribbon have been corroded. The control board itself appears dry and undamaged. This likely requires re-tracing or repairing the damaged conductive paths with conductive ink. The repair will involve inspecting the ribbon and contact pads, cleaning them, and restoring continuity on any affected traces.

I have noted gaps in the lead flashing, which likely allows wind-driven rainwater to enter the ceiling cavity (this happened during the recent cyclone (few months back) This is a pre-existing maintenance issue and I need fix it. I think there are gaps in the lead flashing which is causing water to seep into the cavity. I also need to clean all debris from gutters and flashings. I want to seal all lead flashings above the kitchen/dining area to prevent water ingress (see pictures 1, 2, 3 & 4) 2. I also want to relocate the upper roof discharge point away from the patio eaves and raise the flashing to prevent future debris buildup and water accumulation in the area (see last photo)

Our Undermount sink has been installed but does not have any of the pipes and plumbing connected yet. Same with our dishwasher. The dishwasher didn’t exist previously so there is no current spot for the overflow. So it will need to be rigged up. Also I don’t have all of the parts because I’m not sure what I need.

This will be a quick job. I need a 30 wide, 2m long shelf installed in an aviary to sit nest boxes on. The shelf must have support underneath as well. You can also just install the brackets for the shelf if needed and I can get the wood myself.
