Find an experienced handyman in Tingalpa

The chain on my garage door has come off and I need someone to put it back on and make sure the door is working properly again. I’m not sure how to do it myself, so I’m looking for someone experienced with garage doors. ( bring small ladder and tools)

Looking for someone to repair and reattach a kitchen drawer front that has come off the drawer. The drawer front and handle are still intact, but some of the fixing holes have pulled out/damaged the particleboard. Looking for someone to securely repair/reinforce it and reattach the drawer front so the drawer works normally again. Please supply any screws, brackets or small materials required. Photos attached.

I need an internal bedroom door replaced. I’ve got the old one for all the measurements.

Outdoor e-zip blind has come away from track. Need someone who has experience with e-zip outdoor blinds to reconnect it. Please only respond if you’ve had experience with these blinds. The company who installed has recently gone into liquidation leaving us without a fix.

We are looking to engage a painter ideally with experience spray painting aluminium window frames. The process is time consuming as it involves significant preparation, including cleaning of frames, sanding of frames to roughen surface, secondary cleaning with methylated spirits (or similar solvent) and taping of surrounding areas to avoid overspray. Please refer to photos (which show external face only - the inside also requires painting). There are 8x 'full length' windows, 4x medium/normal size windows, 5x small windows (including the toilet window downstairs), and a door frame. We are hoping to go from beige frames to white frames - ideally matching as closely as possible the white on 3x small security screens we've recently had installed (pictured).

We have what looks to be one weatherboard, could be two, that has rot and runs on the top of the brick work. We need it fremoved and replaced. There is a downpipe over it, so that may need to be removed, if the weather board can not be slid out from behind and replaced the same way. I can not attach the photo sorry.

Replace 3 existing ceiling fans

Shed is being delivered between 8.00am-9.00am as per delivery instructions recieved by text on the 15th July. I need the shed installed on a slab already in the backyard of the property with the doors opening towards the house

1. I have noted gaps in the lead flashing, which likely allows wind-driven rainwater to enter the ceiling cavity (this happened during the recent cyclone (few months back) This is a pre-existing maintenance issue and I need fix it. I think there are gaps in the lead flashing which is causing water to seep into the cavity. I also need to clean all debris from gutters and flashings. I want to seal all lead flashings above the kitchen/dining area to prevent water ingress (see pictures 1, 2, 3 & 4) 2. I also want to relocate the upper roof discharge point away from the patio eaves and raise the flashing to prevent future debris buildup and water accumulation in the area (see last photo)

Our Undermount sink has been installed but does not have any of the pipes and plumbing connected yet. Same with our dishwasher. The dishwasher didn’t exist previously so there is no current spot for the overflow. So it will need to be rigged up. Also I don’t have all of the parts because I’m not sure what I need.
