Looking to have a number of small jobs completed including: - fix hanging/loose door handle on garage internal door - fix lock on master bedroom door (it presses in but doesn’t prevent opening from the other side) - replace silicone underneath cooktop - replace silicone around sink - bolt has sheared off on toilet seat in children’s bathroom. Remove the parts of the bolt left in toilet base/seat and replace. BYO tools and silicone. I do have some replacement toilet bolts (pics attached). If the bolts are there wrong ones or the door handles need to be replaced, I’m 5 minutes from Bunnings so can go and buy while other jobs are completed or increase job value for this to be included,

I have a bunch of odd jobs (and the list keeps growing), we are a very busy family of four and this list keeps growing. The list includes: - refitting three or four door handle striker plates - patching/repainting a 50 cent sized hole in the wall - sourcing and replacing a bunch of different light-bulbs - pulling out the fridge and cleaning the filter/behind the fridge. As I said, they are all small jobs but I keep putting them off and now it has become an afternoon's worth of work, an afternoon I just don't have. Please come and reset the list!

Hi I have curtains that I am looking to put up, 3 indoor locks put on doors, (dont have the locks yet - i will head to Bunnings), a toothbrush holder removed from tiles and any hole left filled, and a hinge of kitchen draw fixed.

Need 6 x bedroom/bathroom door handles replaced with lockable ones, remove washing machine (works just needs a clean), take a few things to the tip and help move a bed from downstairs to upstairs and fix two sliding doors not opening smoothly might just need a clean or lubricant etc

Basic spotlight blockout blinds supplied. 7x installation across 5 different rooms. Some precious nails and holds will need removing from the windowsills before install.

Need someone to supply and install a bifold door at the bottom of our staircase. The bifold will tuck into the niche in the picture. The width is about 790mm. There is a beam already positioned about the area that the door can screw into. The niche and current open wall are being gyroc'd tomorrow so those will be ready to done before work starts

Minor handyman works for office fit-out

Small patch up rendering jobs to do around the house (exterior) mainly caused by air conditioning removal and driveway repairs.

- Need to replace door jam - replace and install door - recover screen and install screen door. Need to bring your own tools. - Will need to do measurements and get materials from local Bunnings (10 minutes drive) Quote includes materials.

The bump for our driveway is cracked and needs to be replaced.

Install doors * 6 Replace the 2 exisiting door knobs. Few doors need some adjustment. ( all suppliers are provided)

Client requires 10 blinds installed Offering NO MORE than $30 a blind don’t mind if you are a champ and get a blind done in 15 mins half ya luck if you take 30 mins a blind well that’s still not bad any longer than that than don’t think you are the person for the job.
