We need someone to visit the property and work diligently to fix all the issues highlighted below. Also, look for anything which needs attention as a general maintenance of the property. List of tasks : 1. Garage roof repair needed - Water pooling on roof in patio area 2. Garage door not locking 3. Solar panel do not work 4. Water proofing on roof patio area 5. couple of water taps leaking- needs replacement or repair 6. couple of fans/exhaust fans not operational. 7. Reported that the (not sure) foundation is leaking calcium which is a sign water is getting underneath the house - needs to be checked 8. Clothes line needs refixing or new one 9.
