Small area of plaster around a window has been damaged by water ingress, area would be no bigger that 400mm X 400mm. Needs scrapping back and top coated. Should take about an hour tops.

• The main shower-head needs fixing as it doesn’t stay ‘up’.  • ⁠No plug for the bath • The mechanism for lifting the left hand balcony blind needs fixing. The ‘cord’ broke the first time they lowered the blind. • ⁠the blind in the lounge room has fallen down - as you’ll see from the pic the adhesive has perished so probably needs mending⁠ • ⁠the light in the ensuite above the left hand vanity has gone out.
