Unblock kitchen sink, we think it might be a tree root as this has been an issue before, the water eventually drains so we think there may just be a blockage. So would need the equipment incase it is a tree root.

Cleaners have caused the tip cover of my ceiling fan to drop, revealing the wiring and fixing. I have very tall vaulted ceilings so would need a tall ladder, minimum 4 meters tall. The ladder can be brought in over a balcony and through French doors so ladder access will not be a problem. We will also be there to assist.
No fuss, just got the job done. Happy customer.
