I have a Thomas Kincade "Wonderland Express" Christmas pyramide with three levels on which trains go in circles once the switch is turned 'On'. The train on the bottom level stopped working, seems to be stuck. I don't know how to access the inside to check if anything might jam the mechanism; the top seems to be glued to the bottom of the pyramid with no access via screws.
