I’ve got an internal door that’s not sitting/closing properly and likely needs hinge adjustment or minor frame/door realignment. Issues observed: Door appears slightly misaligned at the hinge side Possible hinge wear or incorrect seating (see photos) Door doesn’t close smoothly / may be rubbing One hinge screw hole may be stripped or not holding properly Note: I also have a spare door available that can be trimmed and installed if needed instead of repairing the existing one.

Hi I've painted my house myself, but in the midst of this I've got water based paint on 4 aluminium window frames. Not everywhere, but across certain areas by accident. I've been told it needs warm water and soap scrubbed on with a scourer to loosen it. Then it needs to be scrubbed off with metho spirits and a scourer. I've also bought white plastic (hard) spatulas. Regular metal spatulas are scratching the aluminium. It's just a job that's going to take a few hours that I have been struggling to find. Looking for a quote for 3 hours work, then we can assess what got done/what still needs to get done from there. Thanks

Over time vinyl floor tiles have moved causing damage to base of metal sliding door frame which requires repair. Job will include trimming back & securing the tiles which have moved as well as flexible colour-matched filler where tiles have moved as per photos.
