I need two small garden sheds installed. One is to be installed against a wall on concrete and the other one needs to be installed on the ground in the garden.

The front and rear courtyards have an old black plastic tube irrigation system that isn’t working properly. Some of the heads are missing, the plastic is very rigid now making it difficult to plug old holes or add new. I’d like to restore the system.
