I have a patio dog-door insert that is just a few millimetres too tall for my sliding door frame. It’s only one small overhanging section at the top that needs to be trimmed so it sits flush with the rest of the frame. No glass work is needed and it’s not the whole way across, just that top overhang. I’m looking for someone who can cut that section back so the insert can fit properly into the doorway.

Kitchen sink – Current is a top-mounted stainless steel, outer rim size ~1080 mm (L) × 480 mm (W), with cut-out size ~1050 mm (L) × 400 mm (W). • Existing sink is double-bowl with drainer. I’d like to replace it with a single-bowl top-mounted stainless steel sink of similar footprint, to keep the job simple and avoid bench modifications. • Remove and dispose of old sink, re-seal with silicone. 2. Taps – • Kitchen: Replace current mixer tap with new pull-down spray mixer (preferably with adjustable spray functions). • Laundry: Replace existing mixer tap with new standard mixer tap. Additional notes: • Labour only – I will supply the new sink and taps, unless you assist with selecting and purchasing the sink. • I would appreciate advice on suitable replacement sinks that will fit my cut-out dimensions.
