When tap turns on the black pipe under sink leaks . I don't know how much it costs pls quote

My outdoor sliding security screen door is no longer closing properly because two screws that secure the aluminium frame have snapped, causing the frame to separate and become misaligned (see attached photos). I’m looking for someone to inspect the damage, replace or repair the broken screws/frame if possible, realign the door, and ensure it slides and locks properly. Please provide a quote including labour and any parts required.

Mirror sliding door tracks have come off and broken and mirror has cracked, happy to get materials from Bunnings or supply measurements- not sure what the process is but happy for someone to advise, it’s only the one sliding door, pic of one that isn’t broken

Hi there! I'm looking for a reliable handyman to install a double curtain rod (for blackout and sheer curtains) onto my wall. I gave it a crack myself, but the anchors ended up a bit loose and caused a small crack in the plaster. I'd love to reuse the same holes if possible and secure or fix the issue . One of the existing brackets/hooks seems fine, but I’d appreciate it if you could cross-check it. Note: You will just need to mount the rod/brackets. I will hang the actual curtains myself! Materials: Please supply the appropriate heavy-duty anchors and screws. (If you need to grab anything, Bunnings is just 2–3 minutes from my place).
