Needing a few repairs done for our end of lease move out. - Sliding double glass door wheels need replacing/ or door unsure : It is really hard to open and makes a scrape sound when you try to open and close. -Split in counter top like a crack, and leaks when water goes on top, unsure of how this even happened but I looked at photos of before and it was not there. - Master bedroom ensuite fan is not working need that fixed. -fix hole on wardrobe door. -paint over some patch work done on the walls. - fix gate latch on outside

1. I need the patch on the wall to be fixed and painted properly. This was attempted by a handy man earlier but he didn't do a good job. Please see photos for more clarity. The size of the wall is roughly 4m x 2.3m. The paint will be supplied by me. 2. The striker plates on two doors need to fixed to allow the door to close properly so it can be locked. I can provide videos if required.
