Repair previously filled exhaust fan in the ceiling. Job looks to have been a bit DIY. Ceiling is dry but as can be seen finishes not good. In a ensuite bathroom looks like it was a 300 mm exhaust fan but area around also looks a bit damaged. Looks like a previous attempt was performed in the roof as quite a bit of giprock and even some small bits of timber are attached to ceiling in this area but looks very bodge job. No water damage

The curtain rod fell out of the ceiling on the top by itself, so it would probably need the fix for the ceiling and then the curtain installation . It had 3 hooks, also would like the ceiling fixed , the one shown in the second picture . Thanks

I got a new bike from Target, I had to put it together myself but all the parts are loose and the wheels are flat. The breaks are on the wrong side of the handle bars, so is the bell. I would also like a light installed. - Due date: Before Saturday, 11 March 2023
