Sliding door doesn’t open easily need someone to come fix. You have to lift and pull open rather than slide the door.

Timber cavity sliding door is completely jammed shut. We heard something drop inside the cavity and believe a roller has come off or broken. The door was unfortunately forced before we realised, which has made it fully stuck. This is a recurring problem. The door was repaired approx. 12 months ago but the rollers were not replaced — the door was only put back on the track. We are now looking for a proper fix, not just a re-hang. There are two types windows which need the window fly-net reinstalled. The fly net frames are difficult to fix back into the grooves where they came out for cleaning. Need help to put them back.
