About 1.5m of gutter is sagging (highset house with tiled roof) so needs refixing with clips/brackets, and there is a hole in the top of a downpipe.

Post the big storm we have a large dinner plate/ platter sized discolouration on our lounge room ceiling. We're assuming its a leak in the roof. We're looking for someone to go into the attic space and inspect and ideally fix it for us. We had insulation installed 1 year ago and solar put on the roof 1.5 years ago. If the leak is due to the solar and has impacted the insulation we'll need photos so we can try and go back to those original companies to try and get assistance. Unsure of the cost of this (given you'd need to scope the fix) so happy for $70 call out fee and then price the job from there.
