The outside staircase to my home at 17 Cougar Street, Indooroopilly is old and shakes a lot. Need to strengthen it at the point where it is hooked to the house and at the middle. Also all the old rusted bolts and nuts replaced. Need to have strength so that at lease 5 people could climb at once. Need a Qualified Licensed Builder.
