Window frame repair repair cladding and window frame to window over deck roof. plus seal for leaks

Require a handyman to: - Plane down and fit bathroom door. It was installed prior to floor tiles being completed. Needs about 5mm taken off the bottom so that it fits again. - install towel hooks onto tile bathroom wall(will need tile drill bit) - remove and replace shelf and hang rail in bedroom cupboard - patching holes in walls - sand/finish ceiling repair (a hole was plastered, but needs sanding ready for paint).
