Installing outdoor Ziptrak

Installation of ziptrak outdoor blind. 4.7mtr wide by 2.8mtr drop. There is an old ziptrak that needs removal that was storm damaged and the new one is here ready to go. It was originally installed with extension ladders aprox 5.5mtrs high on a back patio.

I need installation of a new hose reel base on the side of my house. It is a hebel wall with steel beams. The new base is smaller than my old hose reel base, so the holes cannot be re-used. I’d also like the old holes patched up to mimic the surrounding hebel (and the tubes that were used to support the old screws removed).

We have a 1 man builder replacing panels on the side of our house with weather board and my husband is helping him so they could use an extra pair of hands as they will up on ladders/scaffolding so rather than hop down each time someone could pass the long board up to them to hammer in. Would most likely be a few hours maybe a couple of days work. This project has blown out due to the original builder not adding the right water proofing so can only afford $25 an hour cash.
