Experienced carpenter? I have bought a Bailey attic ladder from Bunnings. I would like you to install it in my laundry, which may require a minor repositioning of the ceiling light in the process. All I have here is the ladder itself, so you will need to bring tools, and be ready with experience and materials to resolve any challenge along the way. I can help with lifting as required. It requires skill equivalent to installing a door or window.

We have just purchased a house and have many tasks to discuss and complete - everything from wooden window frame, door and kitchen bench restoration, and window glazing/filming, to interior wall painting, minor plastering, minor landscaping and tree lopping, installation of fence, decking and garden shed, concreting driveway, drainage trenching, bathroom tiling and waterproofing, installation of oven and rangehood, etc. Fee is for a one hour consultation at the property to go over the tasks involved, suitability of the work, and estimated timeframes.
