Remove existing boards and replace with new timber surround - screwing into existing frame (not nail gun) You will need scaffolding or equivalent Approx area is 17m x 5.5m Also fix window trims with new timber surround and if possible replace a small window. Be able to navigate around existing aircon and hot water system.
