newly renovated bathroom & laundry requires new cornices installed and also a repair. See pictures. Cornices have already been purchased

I have assembled my shelving unit but not confident enough to screw it to o the side of my kitchen cabinets - would like someone to do this for me. There are 4 anchor points to the cabinets and two to go into the wooden floors. All screws are provided (Phillips head )

We have a stratco shed to install. We can put it togtehr but we need a handyman to sort out a slab whihc is 1.5m by 3m approx. The pre-existing slab is very uneven and may require both sledghammer and grinder to flatten the raised bits and even it out as the ground is also severely sloping from one side of proposed shed wall to the other side.
