The machine leaks water out the bottom and spits water out the vacuum exhaust upon starting.

I need a handyman to do two tasks: 1. Install a privacy lock on a sliding door. The sliding door opens to the main bathroom but the builder did not put a lock on it. Move the clothesline that is installed on the fence to closer to the verandah. Basically unscrew from the timber fence pole and screw it on the other pole. See picture.
