Please have a look at the plan and other photos, Give me a quote only for your skill , I will purchase the material) Current situation: - The pointing to the existing ridge capping and hips on the roof area is showing signs of cracking and deterioration, - The antenna anchor point require reflashing using Fast Flash and silicone. -valley tiles have become dislodged since there are no valley clips installed along the valley cuts to ensure the tiles remain in the correct position. - The front and rear right hand side gutters are overflowing, therefore they are both required to removed and reinstalled to correctly fall to outlets. - In addition, the front right side downpipe base offset is leaking requiring the surrounding concrete to be broken away, pvc converter fitting replaced with a new fitting to the wall and a downpipe replaced to allow correct connection directly down the wall and into PVC stormwater pipe. - Remove 2 damage PVC converters and replace from rear of property. - Remove and replace 1 downpipe which is rusting around the top offset joints. Please give me a quote based on the following activities (exclude all material) Pointing - All Cappings - Rebed ridge caps where necessary - Repoint ridge caps in flexible pointing material - Install weep holes along all top ridge caps where required - Refix dislodged roof tiles Fast Flashing - Antenna Anchor Points -install new Fast Flashing and seal using silicon sealant Valley Clips - All Valleys - Install galvanised valley clips to valley cuts on the roof as required Re-Fall Gutter - Above Garage at Front and Rear - Remove existing gutter, downpipe (if required) and brackets - Reinstall gutter to fall correctly towards outlet to downpipe - Reinstall downpipe and brackets - Reseal joints as required Downpipe Replacement - Front and Rear Right Side - Remove existing downpipes install 2 x 100/50mm new downpipe
