I have replaced the whole unit before but it seems to collect condensation and then stops working after a few months. I need to either replace the light or the whole fixture with a different model which does not collect condensation

Need help repairing 3 timber awnings to the side of a cottage in Chapel Hill QLD.

I have an in-ground concrete pool with one exposed rendered wall section above ground level that requires an acrylic weather proof render finish. Area: * 5 metres long * Approximately 500mm–750mm high * Existing render has already been applied * No repairs required, just the finishing coat/system I’m looking for an experienced renderer to apply a coloured acrylic render/textured coating suitable for an external pool wall and outdoor conditions. FC wall around 3.5m wide by 2 m needs to be rendered only and a triangle above it around 1.5 by 1.5 high . This is part of the facade that’s already rendered but these are added components that need to match.
