Sparkie required to remove an existing bathroom 2-in-1 ceiling fan and install a new and similiar size 2-in-1 ceiling fan. The current fan is working but the fan is very noisy. New fan already at the property. Need to have the fan installed by 12pm lunchtime at the latest tomorrow. Thank you.

Need someone to crawl below the house and take videos as waterlogging happens want to understand the flow of water and source of it. Please get any protective wear that you might need to keep yourself clean. Depending on when you come and weather it might be moist. below. It's a 2-3 feet space so won't be able to stand up. Someone with plumbing experience would be a good candidate as might use them to do fixing work depending on the outcome.
