John was pleasant to deal with and tried his level best to rectify the damaged and defective zipper in one outdoor our blinds. Unfortunately, after a few attempts he was unable to repair the zipper. While he couldn't complete the job, I am happy to pay him for his effort which was over a couple of days. We will buy a new blind instead. John was very courteous and polite. Although he didn't complete the job, I would use him in the future for other work.

There are 2 blinds in the house, Big ones The following issues have been observed: The blinds are not moving properly. The thread mechanism that operates the blinds is broken. The chain that ties the blinds together at the bottom is also broken. Several of the individual blind plates/slats are damaged and need replacement. We would appreciate it if the technician could advise us on any parts or replacements that may need to be purchased, and we will arrange to procure them accordingly. Or the technician can buy and adjust in the bill
