I have purchased the same fan but without the light as a couple of years ago I had downlights installed in the bedroom they used the power from the light to install the downlights

My kitchen sink is blocked and draining very slowly. I’ve already removed and cleaned the trap (P-trap) under the sink, and I’ve also tried a drain cleaner, but it didn’t solve the problem. The blockage appears to be further down the drain. I’m looking for someone with a drain snake (electric drain auger) to clear the blockage. Please bring your own equipment and let me know your availability and price.
