I am looking to have ceiling fans installed in my home. There will be 3 or 4 in total. I have not yet purchased the fans, however, am wanting to discuss options for installation. Fan is not replacing lights - wanting it to be centred in the room with remote control. I believe the roof is flat and there is no man hole. Looking for a qualified and experienced electrician/tradesman to attend the location and discuss options. Attached are a few images of the ceilings in these rooms. The pitching of the ceiling is roughly the same in each room. Ideally the fan will be fixed in the middle.

Older lady needs general maintenance help

I have a new townhouse in Airport West - 3042 - wanting two ceiling fans installed in upstairs bedrooms and an additional powerpoint in one bedroom by a qualified electrician. Fans have been purchased and ready to go in. I’m yet to buy the double power point plate. NOTE: there is no man hole and access will be required via the tiled roof. Certificate of installation required at completion.

I have an old screen door that needs to be replaced, the old screen door has already been removed so I need help with the following things please 1. Measurement of the old door 2. Buying a new one 3. Fitting the new one My old one has a netting and is quite fragile so looking for material that is a bit more sturdy and a black colour security door. I have a dog who has put holes in the old door.
