I need someone to install a mesh to cover my balcony post deep cleaning to deter birds from ever entering my balcony again. This mesh will be adhesive (it cannot be drilled) as I'm renting. The balcony is 3m high and about 2.5m wide. Looking forward to your responses! Please reach out!

I just moved into a rented unit and my balcony/air con ledge is filled with pigeon droppings. I'd like to have someone help me install a cloth sash to cover my balcony once the area has been cleaned. The cloth sash cannot be drilled, since I live in a rented unit. The balcony is about 3m high and 2.5m wide. I plan to cover the cloth sash from the inside for effective deterrence.

Blinds chain/cord replacement

Need to a install a door in a restaurant, between the main room and the toilets. Also need recommendation of what type of door / size.

The bottom metal rail of an indoor roller blind has detached and is hanging diagonally. The edge of the blind fabric may also be slightly torn. I need someone experienced with roller blinds to inspect and properly repair it, including reattaching or replacing the bottom rail/strip if required. Please include labour and any likely parts in your offer and confirm whether you have repaired this type of blind before. Photos attached.

Scope: Bollards supplied by us: 90mm x 1200mm galvanised, in-ground type (900mm above ground / 300mm below), cap fillable with concrete Core/dig 3 holes into existing concrete slab at agreed positions, set bollards in concrete, fill caps as per manufacturer instructions Ensure bollards are plumb and level, positioned per site discussion Ground floor access via roller shutter, no stairs Positions to be confirmed on site — middle roller shutter entries Please bring own tools (core drill/jackhammer, concrete mixing tools). Concrete supply required — confirm if you can supply or if we need to arrange.

Need strong capable person with experience in assembly (flatpack or more advanced) to assist with carrying (with trolley) components for flatpack pod to client location with lift and assisting (with training on site) to assemble Pods as per photos. An initial hours work costed here, so accept to discuss details. Target date is Tuesday 4th August. Need 3 people, so will run this 3 times. To clarify: Pods are delivered to site in flatback crates. We unload the crates and carry the panels in the lift ready to assemble. Have a trolley to use for this purpose. No delivery required at all.

Hi I am wanting 5x pictures hung on a wall the largest 1.2m approx and weighs 5kg. The other 4 are standard. I require 1 door hinge replaced and a small wall hole repaired approx 5cm by 5cm. I require this work completed prior to Saturday. There is on site parking and you will need to provide a small step ladder.

Mount a speedball base plate to a concrete wall * Must have the appropriate tools to drill into concrete. * You’ll need your own hammer drill, masonry drill bits, fixings (if required), and a ladder. 2. Install a picture rail * Hang one picture rail securely and level. 3. Secure a shoe cupboard to a gyprock wall * Attach the cupboard safely to the wall using appropriate anchors/fixings for gyprock. Please bring all necessary tools and equipment. Experience mounting heavy items into concrete and securing furniture to plasterboard/gyprock walls is essential. I’d like someone who takes care to ensure everything is level, secure, and professionally installed.
