Details I put up for task - Insulate an internal drainpipe in a garage converted to a TV room in Bondi. The aim is to dampen and isolate noise from water movement. My gutter is leaking and needs repair or replacement. It was repaired 3 years ago and didn’t last. Possibly needs a new length of gutter replaced (approx 5m). Or maybe just some proper taping up and fixing to roof. Unfortunately I don’t have a high enough ladder to get up there and check myself. Happy to quote this process as a repair job only but if a replacement is required you can propose a different price. In the pic you can see in the middle the water is leaking out and pooling on ground. It’s also not the entire length to cover the corner of roof fully so water also falls off roof and pools on ground. Access pics added. Fairly straight forward.

Upper roof zig-zag shape, 400x1470x1360mm. No spout, only 1 stop end. About 4m high. Most of the materials are here; 115mm colorbond quad guttering, stop ends, spouts, brackets, silicone, 1 internal & 1 external angle for the zig-zag. You will need to supply rivets and galvanised screws for fixing.

I would like a new downpipe installed . Also the gutter seems bit loose and might require tightening/ more support. This down pipe is 9-10 meter high. Please see pics attached . If this is too high, it’s possible we can repair the leaking joint which is few metres lower. I am not sure what the price of that job should be. Material cost won’t be much . It’s more about labour and how you would decide to access it.
