Removal of all leaves and debris from site – no waste is to be left on the property. Ensuring that each site is left neat, tidy, and free of mess upon completion. Reporting any visible damage or defects to guttering or roof areas. Photo Documentation Before Photos: Clear, time-stamped images showing gutters, valleys, and downpipes prior to commencement of work. After Photos: Clear, time-stamped images showing gutters and downpipes in clean condition after works are completed. Inspection & Payment The client will personally inspect each property after completion. Payment will only be released once all works are confirmed as complete and satisfactory. Health & Safety Requirements All work to be performed in accordance with safe work practices (ladder safety, harnesses where required). Dear Airtaskers, My Gutters need some TLC, ie removal of the leaves by hand and then vacuuming up any dirt and debris, I have the vacuum cleaner and can supply all the ladders etc.. The top story is two stories high so someone who has experience on roofs would be good its all flat roof so not too difficult to navigate.
