Gutter cleaning, double storey house.

Moved into our place approx. 1 year ago and haven't been on the roof as of yet, quite a few large deciduous trees around so would imagine would be some leaves on roof/in gutters requiring cleaning. Also, would be good to have a general inspection of the roof - especially around the adjoining walls of next property, around the 2 aircon units on roof, skylight and whirly bird. It's a two story property in Albert Park, quite high up as we have high ceilings bottom story. Thanks

Needing a regular quarterly roof/gutter cleaner in Melbourne CBD. Someone to clean an awning and roof of a leased shop, removing leaves, twigs, etc. Also cleaning rain head and removing cobwebs from signage. Before and after pictures and invoice needed. Access to the awning through a window on the first level. Access to the roof through a manhole in the premises. Safe/easy work. As parking is not the best, we will supply ladders, garbage bags, brooms etc for job to be completed. Just need the able bodied person with your own gloves. This is not a one off job, we are wanting a regular reliable person. Thank you.

Single story. Attached on both sides so need extra long ladder to climb from the front of the building. Approx 6x4m area. Only 3 of the sides need to be cleared.

Need my gutters cleaned. Two storey house, house dimensions are ~20m x 6m (downstairs) and ~7m x 6m (upstairs). There aren't any overhanging trees on the second story, or along the northern downstairs (long) boundary. Roof access is from the front, rear or southern side of the house.

Need help with two jobs: 1. Repair loose brick on external side of house. Something appears to have knocked the wall and a brick has come loose. Access via the public playground next door 2. Clean gutters. (Front of roof & back of roof). It’s a flat roof, so easier access. Refer to photos for size of the job. You can access the roof via the front or back of the house. I’ve attached photos of the front & back gutters when they were last cleaned, as I couldn’t get on the roof to take new photos. They arn’t that dirty to be honest, but I like to get them regularly cleaned before rainy season. I would like photos once jobs have been completed (including the inside of the back of house box gutters once they’re cleaned please) ☺️
