We require an experienced and suitably equipped person to complete a thorough gutter clean at a residential property. There are already small plants/weeds beginning to sprout from sections of the guttering, so we would like the gutters cleaned now to prevent blockages, overflow or potential water-related issues. Scope of works: * Clean all accessible roof gutters around the property. * Remove leaves, dirt, weeds, plant growth and other debris. * Check and clear accessible downpipe entry points. * Ensure water can flow freely through the gutters once cleaned. * Remove and dispose of all gutter debris from the property. * Leave the surrounding areas clean and tidy. * Provide clear before-and-after photos of the gutters. Please include all labour, equipment and disposal costs in your offer. You must have your own ladder and appropriate equipment to safely complete the works.
