Front sliding gate currently has an old remote opener that runs extremely slow and often gets stuck. Looking to replace this with a new opener that can handle the double length gate. Installation may require preparation of ground/gate/tracks to ensure it runs smoothly and will last.

A locksmith to please do the following: 1. Make a key to a backdoor of our house, including a couple of copies (I can provide photos if necessary but it appears to be a normal lock). We do not have an original. 2. Make two separate keys which allow the manual override of an automatic gate. One is a regular key, the other a triangle-shaped key (please see photos).
