Hi Rod You interested in quoting for a full replacement of a small pool fence, on side of house, which joins a boundary fence. Total length is about 4.5 mtrs plus a gate. I'm looking at replacing with a flat top protector fence and gate from bunnings which I will buy and have delivered, unless you have a vehicle that can go that [ include in your quote and specific if you can] Will need to dig two holes for posts and the two posts for the gate will need to be dyna bolted to concrete pad surrounding pool. I can remove the existing fence prior to your arrival, though if you have the means to take to dump can you include a figure in your quote for that. With the set up of the fence which is in a garden bed next to concrete pad surrounding pool I'm not sure about the appropriate distances about ground with the fence product I am considering. If you provide an email I will send through photos. In relation to timing it would be nice if it could be done prior to 26 Jan but it's not a deal breaker. I'm retired and will be home and can assist as required. I'm not totally useless and have built the timber fencing around my property my self. Looking forward to hearing from you. Our gate is no longer running along the sliding track runner, and somehow has fallen out of the mechanism which allows it to stay on the runner and sliding freely. Unfortunately, we have no clue how it broke, so we are unable to work out how to fix it. What we are looking for is to affix the gate back into the sliding mechanism attached to the wall, so it can run freely across the track runner again. Also looking at upgrading the lock on the other side which could provide better security. A handyman may be able to easily fix this, but because we’re both mechanically dyslexic and to the fact we aren’t sure either how it broke, I’m sure there’s someone very clever out there who could fix this. - Due date: Flexible

Offers welcome! There is power to the motor box and the electrics seem ok because information panel works. However the cog that moves the gate will not turn, even when the weight of the gate is lifted off it. Not sure if the motor has an issue, or there's a disconnect of information in the electrics between the panel and the motor. - Due date: Before Saturday, 9 July 2022
