I need a lattice gate, lattice door and lattice fence replaced.

It’s a colorbond fence gate which doesn’t close. Fairly simple job but I don’t have the tools. Just want it to close smoothly. See photos of the small gate, same issue with the big double door side gate.

I have replaced the battery of the automated swing gates in front of my house. When I press the remote, hear a click but gates not moving. The previous owner said he didn't use the gates for years. Need finding the fault and service the swing gate motors.
