Hi there, I need someone to supply and install a pin lock or pad bolt on my outdoor gate at my home in Seaford (3198). The goal is to make the gate secure but still easy to open/close. Currently it can’t be opened from the outside and we want access to it from the outside/front of house. Please include: • Supply of the lock (weather-resistant if possible), or I can buy one from Bunnings if you prefer • Installation and fitting • Any materials or screws needed The gate is wood with a metal frame. It currently has a latch.

And just a general idea of where to start and what's most important. Single gate has dropped and is dragging on the path so needs to be lifted. Probably needs to be re-hung by unscrewing and lifting hinges. Hinges look in OK condition. The latch on this door has rusted out and needs to be replaced also.
