Our pool gate latch has broken, the magnetic / spring bound catch has come off. it needs to be fixed or replaced.

My stainless steel magnetic pool gate lock isn’t working

I can’t open my side gate — the wood seems swollen and the lock appears to be out of alignment, as I can’t get the key in properly. I need a handyman to come take a look and fix it so the gate opens and locks easily again. It may need to be realigned or shaved down slightly. Looking to get this sorted ASAP. Please bring any tools you think might be needed. Thanks!

We are looking for someone to supply and install a ring doorbell system… We have an old system and would like to upgrade it… We are looking for someone that can supply the system, but also set it up to open our gate which has an existing and functional gate strike mechanism. We are open to this being a battery operated system… Although there is a two wire system coming to the doorbell point. The pricing is for the Labour to do the job. We will also reimburse for the cost of the equipment

Shave down swollen side gate - tomorrow between early afternoon and 5pm.

Need a few holes drilled to attach new gate lock to post. I have the new lock here, the old lock will be removed before you arrive and the part that attached to the gate is already in place. Just need someone to drill a couple of holes so the new part can be attached to the post.

Cut down 10 cm of the gate and re weld it back on..

Driveway gate has dislodged from it’s fixings during the wind yesterday. Needs to be refixed.

Paint a newly installed gate with white dulux weather shield paint. Gate is 1.5m high x 80 wide (approx). Gate has an undercoat. No additional preparation other than taping and painting. Painter needs to provide the paint.

We require a small modification to the timber slats on our gate to accomodate a new and slightly larger lock. See image for where we require them to be cut.

Reattach metal gate hinge to support post

My side gate has swollen and isn’t closing properly. I need a tradesman to shave it down slightly so it shuts - Due date: Flexible
