I need help installing two posts for a side gate at my property in Heathmont • The holes are already dug • I will provide the cement and posts • Just need someone to position and set the posts in place properly Should be a straightforward job for someone with handyman experience. Looking for someone to remove existing gate and build/install a side gate either aluminium slated or made out of treated or hardwood timber. Slated in Monument colour. Size is approximately 1240mm wide and 1800mm high. Posts (bolting to a wall) should be 75mm thick. Should be self closing. It will also need a latch with key. Pic is attached of the look that i want and second pic is of the old gate that needs to removed.

The sliding gate makes a lot of noise when opening the gate. seems like the guide block is not freely letting the gate slide. Pic attached is illustrative purposes only.

1) The front gates’ handle has broken off and needs replacing. 2) The front door’s lock needs to be changed to a new lock which is locked from the outside. (I can provide my own locks)

Replace my fence: approx 4 m including pedestrian gate. Fence is old and broken. Would like it replaced with something durable that won't degrade in a hurry. Gate currently locks - I'd like the new one to do the same. New fence doesn't have to be transparent/have gaps. Let me know what you can do, and when.

Pool gate hinge adjustment needed. I’ve replaced the hinges as the old ones would not self close. However I’m unable to completely align the door to get it to self close with the new hinges. The hinges may need a hole drilled in to them (not the glass) to allow door to self close.

I have materials. Concrete in new fence posts. Hang original gate. Old posts gone. Will need to redid holes for new posts. I have circled the holes in one of the photos.

The wooden post next to the side gate has come away from the wall. The side gate won't be able to open and close properly.

I need a gate installed for my chicken house and a chicken automatic pet door cut to fit and installed along the bottom of it. It will be attached to my tin shed which is at a rental house so minimal damage to it would be preferable. We have water coming into our laundry roof whenever it rains.We had gutters cleared but it keeps happening so don't know if there is a broken tile etc, or if our downpipes are blocked.

Side gate of the house is on right side. Need to swap it to the left hand side. See picture No structural work required Alternatively gate currently opens inwards. If you swap hinges to open out should also work.
