Title: Need Hot Water System Expert – Inspection & Quote Description: Hi there, We’ve just moved into a large house in Norman Park and are having a few issues with our hot water system (photo attached – looks like a gas heating unit). Here’s what we’re experiencing: In the kitchen (approx. 10–15m from the unit), it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute for hot water to come through – and it’s not very hot. In the bathroom sink (right near the unit), the hot water fluctuates constantly – hot, then cold, then hot again. We’re not sure if it’s a problem with the pipes, if the unit is too small or outdated, or something else entirely. We’d love someone experienced with this kind of issue to come and inspect the system and provide a quote for fixing it. Thanks in advance!

Hello, Looking to spend $800 max. Need something installed in the next day or 2. Please 🙏 I need a gate put on the front on our driveway urgently. We are getting a double carport build in the next 3 months so don’t want to spend a lot on a fancy, long term solution. Just something to keep the dog secure until then. Hello, I am looking for a few urgent items to be done as we move into a new place in 2 weeks. 1 - install a wooden baby gate at the top of the stairs. Photo of stairs and gate idea attached. I don't have the gate itself so would either need it to be built or ordered 2 - install a swing gate on the balcony to prevent toddlers from toddling off the edge 3 - This is optional and not as urgent. If you can do 1 & 2 but not 3 then please go ahead and offer. Sorry I don't have a good picture of the access. We are looking to install a door that can be locked to separate downstairs and upstairs. Won't be used regularly so it would be nice if it tucks away neatly. Thank you

I have a steel frame gate with timber slats on the front . It’s attached to block sides (Core filled ) it needs replacing as it was damaged due to car accidentally driving through it when shut . It now does not shut properly and welding has been split on frame . Flexible as to have frame repaired or whole new frame and gates replaced. Either way needs to be fixed . It’s approx 1800 high x 2360 wide double door . (As this is an insurance claim I would need a quote on paper to send through to company with repairers details etc) - Due date: Flexible
