Find a professional gate installation in Meadow Heights

I have a Ring doorbell at my current home in Fawkner which I need to have removed and installed at new property

Planks are falling off gate frame , need to be screwed back on; and frame has dropped not allowing gate to close, I think it’s just needing tightening at the hinge - I’ve seen something like this on TV

Need a stainless steel electric gate for 6 metres with a motor

I want to lock the white door. There is no way to lock it though (see the brick on the floor). Help me lock through some handyman magic. Alternatively, I want to lock the slider door in the last photo which is what you see as you enter the white door.

the lock/latch gets stuck on colorbond gate but if I move the side privacy panel then it closes better if I move either of the 2 posts by pushing it, then I can get it to close smoothly
