Need a colour bond gate installed down the side of my property

Residential auto-gate needs repair. It is powered by a battery, connected to a small solar panel. The battery is fairly new and the solar panel is producing charge. So I suspect the issue may be the connection. Needs investigation and repair.

Replace gate latch. Repair/replace kitchen cupboard door hinge. I don’t have any of the parts. Have other larger handyman/building jobs (replace decking boards etc.) that I will also want done, so need someone who has capacity for slightly larger scale work as well please.

Removal of 7 medium size bags of rubbish (3 are rocks and quite heavy) + 2 paintings and a few other small items (not all items are pictured) Remove and renew silicon in shower area (I want dark grey ideally).

Ordered a gate off Supergate and it’s beyond my skills to install. It’s a large side access pedestrian gate - aluminium slated. Husband can help but hasn’t been much help so far.

Gate needs need latch as old one has broken. Other part fine so doesn't need replacing

Side Gate adjustments & fix Completed repairs from a storm included a new metal down-pipe behind the side gate which was crushed as the gate swung into it. We now need to make sure the gate does not swing back into the new down-pipe and ensure the gate functions properly. Notes: - The post the gate is attached to may be on a lean and may need to be straightened. - Gate is now a fair distance from house wall and on an angle scraping the ground, needs to be re-hung and adjusted. - Post has pulled away from the house causing a massive gap between end of gate and house wall. It may need another timber post piece added to the house and the gate re-hung straight. - Something to protect the gutter from the gate going back and hitting it again. Metal “L” bracket or any idea that looks good whilst protecting gutter from future damage. Can you please have a look at photos, send through a rough quote and notes on the fix.
