Automatic gate system needs replacing. The controller is no longer working and hence failing to open the gate. Upon inspection it was reported that the power supply and the motors also need replacing. Motors are seizing apparently. In short it looks like we need quotes for a complete system supply and installation. Price is negotiable just put a figure down as I would like a quote initially. Reposting task with photos.

The front gate metal hinge ( bottom) corroded and broken. A metal hinge needs to be installed between the gate and the metal fence pole. Welding required

Existing sliding driveway gate, motor not working, tracks may need review. Existing garage door, motor working but noisy, remotes work but need to press a few times

Supply and install an aluminium garden gate along the side of the house, between the block wall and weatherboards. Style - flat top in woodland grey. See images for location and gate specs. Width of gap is 950mm no need for pool latch just a standard gate latch. I'm not sure what additional information may be required. Ask questions, and I'll tell you what I know. Update::: I’ve added a pic of a gate that is available from Bunnings. I will also check the width and confirm the height required. I will also take a photo of the fencing above the wall, which is should match.

Need a strong wall or fence put in to withstand dogs jumping on it. It will run 5 metres across with 2 boxes either side to have a double gate run access through. Also need 2 bays put up in each corner with sliding gate or regular gate access. Materials NOT included, but price will be reflective of materials and labour. Metal pool gate post has rusted out at groundlevel. Gate needs to be removed, post shortenend then put back into concrete and fence re-attached - Due date: Flexible

My sliding gate makes a grating noise on opening and closing. It almost shuts completely, then reopens of its own accord.
